Amalgamated Carton Products offer design services as part of our overall package, with our on site designer that can tailor the design and adjust the box to suit your requirements through to manufacturing the custom die cut boxes. Applications may include for shipping through to "eye catching" retail presentation displays and promotions.

Amalgamated Carton Products will design custom cardboard boxes exclusively for your product and away from the existing product designs in the market.

There are an endless range of box styles and sizes that can be manufactured. The following box styles are given to represent the most common available.

  • RSC (Regular Slotted Container)
    One of the most common carton styles due to its simple construction and cost effectiveness. A die is not usually required.

  • FFSC (Full Flap Slotted Container)
    Similar To an RSC but gives improved stability on the base with an increase in the flap surface area.

  • HSC – Half Slotted Carton
    An open top box. Can be used as a shroud or cover for solid objects. May be used in conjunction with a cap and base

  • FF5PF Full flap Five Panel folder;
    A wrap around style box, suitable for packing long or heavy products

  • Pizza box style
    Most people would have seen something similar. This design may be in a double turn over side for extra rigidity

  • Tray
    May be scored and slotted or glued in the corners for ease of erection. Glued styles will require a die.

  • Tuck in top
    May be made with a self locking base, a base requiring taping or a Semi erect style.

    A self locking style box with front opening.
